A non-refundable security deposit of 50% the service(s) booked will be charged prior to booking, that deposit will reflect on your bill at the end of your treatment. Deposit will transfer when and if you reschedule your appointment. No call - no shows and late cancellations will result in forfeit of your deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS. If no deposit is taken you will be charged 50% of the service amount. NO EXEPTIONS.
Body Contour packages are to be paid in full before first session, no call- no show or late cancel will cause you to lose treatment for that day. No refunds. Packages expire 90 days after purchase day.

We appreciate your understanding, missed appointments affect our therapists cost significantly, it is important that our therapists are compensated for reserved appointment time slots.
Late arrivals will not receive extension beyond scheduled time. Please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time if you are a new client and need to fill out a quick client intake form.
Please make arraignments prior to your visit for the little ones. No children will be allowed in treatment rooms, or alone in waiting areas. Please come in for your treatment alone. The Massage studio and employees have the right to refuse service for any reason.
