Your Auriculotherapist will start off by going over which application is best for you.
You can chose from these 5:

IMMUNITY- good for boosts, cold, lingering sickness and sleep

Once you have chosen your application, the therapist will clean your ear with an alcohol pad, and proceed to place the ear seeds in one ear. Treatments takes about 5-10 minutes, sometimes not always will a pressure point feel tender, sore or sensitive. Listen to your body and feel free to remove them if discomfort persists.
Ear seeds are meant to be worn any where from 3-5 days no longer. You can shower and resume activities as normal. When you come back for your following ear seed application we will use the other ear. Each application has 5 points.
